Ingredients:
- 2 cups all-purpose flour

- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/2 cup plain non-fat Greek yogurt
- 2 large eggs, room temperature
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup whole milk
- 1 cup mini semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 tbsp all-purpose flour
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9-inch round cake pan and line the bottom with parchment paper.
- In a small bowl, toss the mini semi-sweet chocolate chips with 1 tablespoon of flour until evenly coated; set aside.
- Whisk together the softened unsalted butter and granulated sugar until the mixture is pale and fluffy.
- Beat in the eggs one at a time, followed by the pure vanilla extract and plain non-fat Greek yogurt.
- Sift in the all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Gently pour in the whole milk and fold the ingredients together with a spatula until just combined, stopping as soon as no dry streaks remain.
- Gently stir in the flour-coated chocolate chips.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan, smooth the top, and bake for 30 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
