Ingredients:

- 1/4 tsp almond extract
- 1/4 tsp fine sea salt
- 1/2 cup rainbow jimmies
- 2 tbsp powdered sugar
Instructions:
- Toss the rainbow sprinkles in a small bowl with the powdered sugar to create a barrier that prevents color bleeding.
- In a chilled bowl, beat the heavy whipping cream on medium-high speed until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold in the chilled sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, almond extract, and salt using a rubber spatula in a figure-eight motion.
- Gently fold in the sugar-coated sprinkles until evenly distributed.
- Line a 9x5 inch loaf pan with parchment paper, pour in the mixture, smooth the top, cover tightly with plastic wrap, and freeze for at least 6 hours or overnight.
