Ingredients:
- 1 cup (250g) creamy almond butter
- 1/3 cup (110g) honey
- 1 tsp (5ml) vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp (1.5g) sea salt
- 1 1/2 cups (130g) rolled oats
- 1/2 cup (60g) sliced almonds
- 2 tbsp (24g) chia seeds
- 2 tbsp (14g) ground flaxseeds
- 1/4 cup (35g) dark chocolate chips
Instructions:
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the almond butter, honey, vanilla extract, and salt. Stir vigorously until the mixture is smooth.
- Fold in the rolled oats, sliced almonds, chia seeds, and flaxseeds until no dry streaks of oats remain.
- Stir in the dark chocolate chips.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Scoop approximately 1 tablespoon of dough and roll between palms to form 1-inch balls.
- Place the balls on the sheet and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes until firm.
