Ingredients:

  • 1 cup (250g) creamy almond butter
  • 1/3 cup (110g) honey
  • 1 tsp (5ml) vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp (1.5g) sea salt
  • 1 1/2 cups (130g) rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup (60g) sliced almonds
  • 2 tbsp (24g) chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp (14g) ground flaxseeds
  • 1/4 cup (35g) dark chocolate chips

Instructions:

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the almond butter, honey, vanilla extract, and salt. Stir vigorously until the mixture is smooth.
  2. Fold in the rolled oats, sliced almonds, chia seeds, and flaxseeds until no dry streaks of oats remain.
  3. Stir in the dark chocolate chips.
  4. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Scoop approximately 1 tablespoon of dough and roll between palms to form 1-inch balls.
  5. Place the balls on the sheet and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes until firm.
