Ingredients:
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup protein powder
- 2 tbsp ground flaxseeds
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
- 1/3 cup mini dark chocolate chips
- 1 tbsp hemp hearts
Instructions:
- Combine the peanut butter, honey, and vanilla extract in a medium mixing bowl. Stir vigorously until the mixture is smooth and velvety.
- Fold in the protein powder, rolled oats, ground flaxseeds, and sea salt. Mix until a thick, uniform dough forms.
- Gently stir in the mini dark chocolate chips and hemp hearts.
- Scoop approximately 1 tablespoon of dough and roll between palms to form a sphere. Place each ball on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Refrigerate the baking sheet for at least 30 minutes to allow the oats to hydrate and the fats to firm up.
