Ingredients:

  • 1 cup (255g) creamy natural peanut butter (unsweetened)
  • 1/2 cup (115g) softened unsalted butter
  • 1/4 cup (60ml) maple syrup
  • 1 tsp (5ml) pure vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp (1.5g) fine sea salt
  • 2 tbsp (30ml) heavy cream

Instructions:

  1. Place the peanut butter and softened butter into a food processor. Blend on medium-high for 2 minutes until the mixture is pale and smooth.
  2. Add the maple syrup, vanilla extract, and sea salt. Process for another 60 seconds until the spread looks glossy.
  3. Slowly pour in the heavy cream while the food processor is running. Whip on high for 1-2 minutes until the spread achieves a fluffy, cloud-like consistency.
