Ingredients:
- 1 cup (255g) creamy natural peanut butter (unsweetened)
- 1/2 cup (115g) softened unsalted butter
- 1/4 cup (60ml) maple syrup
- 1 tsp (5ml) pure vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp (1.5g) fine sea salt
- 2 tbsp (30ml) heavy cream
Instructions:
- Place the peanut butter and softened butter into a food processor. Blend on medium-high for 2 minutes until the mixture is pale and smooth.
- Add the maple syrup, vanilla extract, and sea salt. Process for another 60 seconds until the spread looks glossy.
- Slowly pour in the heavy cream while the food processor is running. Whip on high for 1-2 minutes until the spread achieves a fluffy, cloud-like consistency.
