Ingredients:
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream, chilled
- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 1 tsp cake batter extract
- 1/2 cup rainbow sprinkles
- 1 cup finely diced vanilla sponge cake
- 1 pinch sea salt
Instructions:
- Beat the chilled heavy cream in a cold bowl on medium-high speed until stiff peaks form.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the sweetened condensed milk, cake batter extract, and sea salt.
- Using a spatula, gently fold the condensed milk mixture into the whipped cream using a slow under-and-over motion to maintain aeration.
- Fold in the rainbow sprinkles and diced vanilla sponge cake pieces until evenly distributed.
- Pour the mixture into a 9x5 inch metal loaf pan or airtight container, smooth the top, and cover with parchment paper touching the surface.
- Freeze for 6 hours or until firm.
